My Epic Run began with a challenge. After moving abroad with our young family we were hit with a string of unfortunate mishaps – including the loss of nearly everything we owned when the ship transporting our lives across the Atlantic Ocean flooded! During this period our running adventures played a vital role in keeping a smile on our face as we attempted to rebuild our lives in an unfamiliar place – and in an unfamiliar language – and soon sharing our running experiences became a passion. These days our trips begin with a search for “the most epic running trails near me” and almost always end with a video and detailed guide we share with the My Epic Run community. And because we can’t capture all the epic running trails ourselves, we encourage runners to share their own epic running adventures on the My Epic Run video sharing platform to help inspire and motivate others!
